Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with European consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be intact, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be returned in its original packaging, with tags and hygiene seals intact.
- Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or a document that verifies the purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of lingerie or swimwear that has been tried on without wearing underwear.
Final Sale Items
Collections on sale cannot be returned. Purchases made with final discounts or within special promotions are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Procedure
Send a return request via email to info@girliegal.com within 14 days of receiving the order, including:
- Full name
- Order number
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional) If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Ship the package to the address provided, ensuring that the items are well-packed. Returns should be sent to the following address: Via Renato Wuillermin 1, 10154 - Torino (TO) - Italy. 🚨 Girlie Gal is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Inspection and Refund: Once the return is received, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets all of the above conditions. If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 10 working days of receiving the package, using the same payment method as the order. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card issuer to process and display the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since the return approval, please contact us at valeria@girliegal.com. If the product does not meet the return conditions, the refund will not be issued and the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Product Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different size or color, you will need to place a new order and return the product you do not wish to keep. The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. This way, we can assess the issue and ensure it is resolved. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and we will offer you a refund or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
