A story of self-love
How it all began
About 10 years ago, I found myself in a toxic relationship that had completely crushed me. I was on the other side of the world, completely alone, and so controlled that I couldn’t even have my own phone number or take a walk around the block during lunch.
One day, I was allowed a short 30-minute walk, and while strolling, I saw a Victoria’s Secret store. I was scared to go in—I didn’t feel worthy. But step by step, little by little, I finally went inside. I tried on a set, and in that moment, everything changed: I felt beautiful, confident, and alive like I hadn’t in years. I felt free to be strong.
That feeling inspired me to create Girlie Gal: a space that makes every woman feel unique, strong, and ready to take back control of her life.
